The Valve is an agile consultancy and a creative collective based in Amman, Jordan. We specialize in the intersection of design and social change. We work with impact organizations, social ventures and initiatives to strategize, shape, prototype, test and implement design solutions for their challenges.
Design as Service
We work with purpose-driven businesses, NGOs or nonprofits who need design services for their brands, products or campaigns. We consider all our clients collaborators we jointly create with, not for, and work closely with them to understand their work and audience to create tailored solutions for them.
Designing Social Solutions
First and foremost, we are problem solvers. So we help create social solutions and programs or help refine them through design methodologies, technology and research. Resulting in a line of unique collaborations with partners in our network to launch new solutions or initiatives and campaigns.
Design as Community Work
We believe that good design is critical to the success of many impact initiatives and that it should be more accessible in the social impact sector. So, we offer consultations and incubation programs for small organizations, youth-led initiatives and similar ventures to accelerate their growth and effectiveness.
